Overview
Sublett Labs ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- Calendly booking data: When you book an AI Assessment, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any answers you provide to scheduling questions. We use this only to confirm and conduct the call.
- Email correspondence: If you email ron@sublettlabs.com, we keep the message and your email address to respond and follow up.
- Stripe payment data: When payment is collected for an AI Assessment, Stripe processes the transaction. We do not see or store your full credit card number. We receive a payment confirmation, the last 4 digits, and your billing email.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Period.
- We do not use your data to train AI models. Your calls, emails, and assessment details are not used to train any model — ours or anyone else's.
- We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to operate our services (Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payment, our infrastructure providers for hosting).
How we protect your data
All agents and services run on encrypted, isolated infrastructure. Access to customer data is restricted to Ron Sublett. We use TLS for data in transit and encrypted storage for data at rest.
Your rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete any data we have about you. Email ron@sublettlabs.com and we'll respond within 7 business days.
Cookies and analytics
Our marketing site uses minimal cookies. Calendly and Stripe may set their own cookies when you interact with their embedded widgets — see their respective privacy policies for details.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and post the revised version at this URL.
